To me, cooking is about so much more than eating – food is a catalyst for bringing people together to connect and make life sweeter. I am so excited to share my recipes and tips so you can create easy, elegant and delicious meals to share with those you love.
As a Culinary Institute of America trained chef, I combine my technical skills with my Italian heritage to bring you inspired dishes that burst with fresh flavor. Many of my menus are inspired by specific travels or recipes that have been in my family. Sharing them with you and having them on your table is an honor. It’s important to me to use fresh, local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible and to add a “make-ahead” component to my recipes. That way, the dishes are prepared ahead of time so that you are part of the celebration around the table.
